We are therefore proud to announce that Xenia Venues has been accredited by the Living Wage Foundation, a recognition that we pay all our employees at least the Real Living Wage.

While only a small proportion of UK hospitality businesses, around 0.4% have so far achieved accreditation from the Living Wage Foundation, we see this as a sign of exciting progress in our industry.
